Kingfisher, 2020
Inspired by a walk this year when we spotted a Kingfisher which is always a rare but beautiful sight. They are a wonderful bird, the colours are always so vibrant and stunning. I created this print using a combination of lino cut to get the rough, bold outline and then used layered of bold colours through silk screen printing on top. I really love the combination of how they both work together.
