My story begins with a love of all things arts and crafting – be it drawing, sewing or design and recently I have rekindled my love for printmaking. This love took me to Norwich Art School (now Norwich University Of The Arts) where after completing a Foundation I moved on to the University Campus Suffolk and studied for my BA in Graphic Design.

On completing my degree I was awarded the Adam Easden internship award taking me from East Anglia to London and to work with Turner Broadcasting for TCM. The internship gave me a great base on which to build a career in the design world and after a period of time freelancing with publishing houses Simon & Schuster and Random House and also for other companies I moved to the National Theatre as part of the in house design team. At the NT I was able to gain a great deal of experience working on marketing materials for the productions, exhibition designs and many other briliant projects, I worked with a fantastic team and feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work there.

Moving out of London after nearly 10 years I now feel very lucky to have been able to head back to my countryside roots and be based in the picturesque South Norfolk countryside with my husband and two sons. Surrounded by natural beauty gives me daily inspiration for my passion of all things design, be it the colours from the open fields, forests, wildlife to the famous big skies of Norfolk there is always something out there from which to draw inspiration. I am now working on a freelance basis for various clients and I am always excited at the prospect of seeking and building new client relationships.
